Loyalty Rewards

Be sure to sign up for The Sanctum’s Loyalty Program, and earn Experience Points simply for signing up, on purchases, and for playing games in the store!

Leveling up with our program is simple.  When you sign up, you will be rewarded with 2,000 Experience Points (XP).  Afterward, you can earn 10 XP for every pre-tax dollar you spend, broken down to 1 XP per 10 cent increment.

Signing up is easy!  You can sign up either in the store or online, and all we need is your name, mobile phone number, and email address.  You’ll then receive a text with a personalized link to see your XP balance, available rewards, and other details.  Your contact information will not be sold to third parties, but registering for the Loyalty Program authorizes The Sanctum to periodically send you text messages or emails.

You can then redeem your Experience Points for our various levels of rewards.  The more XP you’ve achieved, the higher your reward level!  For example, you’ll receive 2,000 XP as soon as you sign up as a thank you.  With each purchase (including your first as a Loyalty customer), you’ll keep leveling up and redeem points for $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, or even $60.00 off one item (pre-tax)!  Your points will never expire, so you can keep adventuring with us and earning as long as you’d like.

You can also obtain “Inner Sanctum” VIP status, and earn points even faster!  After you have earned an additional 10,000 XP (after your initial 2,000 for opening your account) you will be welcomed into the Inner Sanctum, and the points you earn will be doubled.

The finer points of the Loyalty program:

• 10 points are earned per dollar, broken down to 1 point per $0.10 increment, before applicable sales tax.  For example, a purchase with a cost of $1.00 to $1.09 before taxes will earn 10 XP, a purchase between $1.50 and $1.59 before sales tax will earn 15 XP, a purchase between $2.00 and $2.09 will earn 20 XP, and so on.  All XP earned from a purchase is calculated automatically.

• Entry into the VIP program is automatic for Loyalty members who have spent $1,000.00 pre-tax with their Loyalty Account tied to the sale.  Special entry into the VIP program subject to management approval.

• Loyalty members with VIP status will earn 20 points per subtotal dollar spent, broken down to 2 points per $0.10 increment before sales tax.  For example, a VIP will earn 20 points for a subtotal of $1.00 to $1.09, 30 points for a subtotal of $1.50 to $1.59, and 40 XP for a subtotal of $2.00 to $2.09.  All VIP XP earned from a purchase is calculated automatically.

• Points may only be redeemed according to the Level Up chart below.  Multiple rewards may be redeemed in one transaction, but it might not be to your advantage to do so!

• If you have extra XP in your account after redeeming for an award, you will not lose those points.  Keep earning and leveling up!

• If you return an item that originally earned XP, those points will be deducted from your balance.  This is done automatically.

• Your XP are yours, and points from multiple accounts cannot be pooled.

• Points have no cash value.  They may only be redeemed for Sanctum Savings on a tendered sale.

• Management reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel this program at any time, for any reason.

How to Activate Loyalty for your Sanctum Online Store Account!

• Go to shop.thesanctum.games

• Click “Sign up / Log in” at the top right of any page

• Log in or create an account

  • If you have an account, click “Edit” at Contact Information to verify your phone number and email address, which will activate Loyalty for your e-com account.

  • If you create an account, Loyalty should activate automatically when you save your information.

• To check your XP balance, click “Rewards” under “My Account” on the left of the screen.
